Wedding Details Everything you need to know about our day!
Attire
Country Casual! Stay comfortable with simple attire. There is no need to wear a tuxedo, but simply a dressier version of casual wear. Dress slacks, such as khakis or gray pants, with an ironed button up shirt and deck shoes will do the trick! For the ladies you don’t need to worry about any extravagant dresses and heels!
- Covid-19: We will not be requiring our guests to wear masks. Feel free to wear one if you would prefer!
Arrival
Upon arrival, park in the lot on the right near the baseball field. We will have a concierge running a shuttle from the lot to the building. You do not have to wait for the shuttle, but it will be available. The shuttle will stop running at 2:55.
- For our handicap guests we will have reserved parking towards the barn, someone will be there to direct you to your space.
Ceremony
Ceremony will start promptly at 3:00. It will be held outside around the back of the building. To the left of the barn there are stairs that lead to the ceremony spot. To the right is a handicap accessible ramp that will take you down as well.
- For any later arriving guests, you will be directed to the balcony as to not interrupt the processional

Accommodations
For our out of town guests, we will be staying at Hilton Garden Inn in Martinsburg. There are several other hotel accommodations in the area as well.
Registry
We don’t have a registry! Your presence at our wedding is genuinely the best present we could ask for. If you wish to contribute, we ask that you help contribute to our Disney Honeymoon Fund or future plans for a home.
